Custom Acura TL tuned Amp
PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING !
The signature amp uses a carefully selected capacitor not sold in this country. We have them imported from Europe through a company in Canada. They offer a wider frequency and more natural sound with a warmer tone than the OEM amps ever offered.
The bass amps have a different selection of electrolytic capacitors that offer a bias bass tone for those looking for it
General Info:
The 2004-06 Acura TL amplifier is a unit which is designed to run the ELS system well.
The 2007-08 units have advanced board designs and componentry over the 2004-06 models.
Please be aware that all 2004-08 Acura TL amplifiers are interchangeable, even though they had a change into better designed units in 2007.
Installing a tuned 2007-08 amplifier in a would perform better in a 2004-06 TL.
Improves around 6-8 wpc on average, which is why these amps everyone always mention they make the system "louder".
Core return info:
A refundable core charge of $100 to be refunded upon return of a 2007-08 TL amplifier ONLY (part number 39186-SEP-A11). It should be sent back at the owner's expense, and should be in good working condition. If the returned core is found to need significant repairs or is inoperable, the core fee may be denied refund. If an incorrect core is returned (no 2004-06 TL amps to be returned here), the core will be denied reimbursement.

PLEASE NOTE:
Phantom Audio re-tuned amps are all refurbished factory units, meaning they are produced from core amps by exchange. A core charge of $100, which is refunded upon return of a 2007-08 core (part number 39186-SEP-A11). The refund would be minus the fees of 5%, so $95 refunded of the $100 collected.

Phantom audio tuned amp
Stock amp was failing so decided to upgrade instead of going with a used factory amp again. Wish I would have done it sooner. Much cleaner sound overall. Huge difference over my failing stock amp but is still a significant improvement over a good working factory amp. Highly recommend.

seriously impressive
There are CDs I've been listening to for 20 years, and after installing this amp I'm hearing instruments that I never even knew were on there. Amazing improvement for an easy install of a not-too-expensive piece of equipment!

A must buy!
If you’re looking to upgrade your sound system this amp is a must buy! I have an 04 and so far this this the only component I have changed and the difference in sound quality is night and day. It’s as if my speakers were only being used at half their capacity before. Highly recommend!
