2 CREDIT CARD DETAILS
EndLessRPM LLC will never ask for your credit card details and we advice our customers to only enter their credit cards details on EndLessRPM LLC website when making a purchase.

8.5 No Guarantee clause:EndLessRPM is only responsible for damages done during work. Upon leaving after work being done, or picking up items, you agree that EndLessRPM LLC is not responsible for any damages. Work being completed in person allows the customer to watch service being rendered, giving that a legal agreeance and acceptability to work being completed. Leaving without concerns or visible damage to vehicle, leaves EndLessRPM not responsible for any damage that may occur upon leaving after service is done.
9 INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold EndLessRPM LLC and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against EndLessRPM LLC arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
10 SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

16 COUPON AND SALES:
EndLessRPM LLC entity reserves the right to discontinue sales and coupon codes at any time without notice. These sales and codes cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Sales and coupon codes are contingent upon inventory and therefore may sell out prior to notice.
17. RETURNS / Cancellations
All parts/items are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee plus the shipping fee (if shipped) that EndLessRPM endured, and buyer pays return shipping. If any Returns are on free shipping items, they are subject to the 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of the shipping fee which EndLessRPM encountered to ship the item to the buyer. EndLessRPM holds the discretion to wave the 20% fee IF and ONLY the wrong part was sent, which item will be returned for the correct part only. If item is able to be returned (non-built to order / special order items) the returns must be within 15 days of the date of delivery to buyer and in original packaging, no used parts and cannot be missing any parts or items (must be the same way item or part was sent to the buyer) or we will not accept the return. Used parts sold as is, please read the description clearly and ask questions before buying, we are happy to answer before purchase. Special order items WILL NOT be fully refunded due to the nature of them being special order/built to order. A 20% restocking fee is on all special order items or built to order items whether or not if they ship. Special order items or built to order items are described in the listings description and it is the buyers responsibly to read all details and know what he or she is buying before making payment. Special order items cannot be returned or canceled for a full credit. Built to order / special order items will require a 20% restocking fee IF one needs / wants a refund - whether or not if the item ships out. It is the buyers responsibility to ask before ANY purchase to know they're options with each purchase.
If item is damaged upon shipping, we need to know within a required 24 hour time period in order to file a claim from the time it was delivered. If its past this time frame, we cannot be reliable to damaged products.
18. SHIPPING
Because of the way shipping works, there is no way to exclude hawaii or alaska shipping on any order, so that means EndLessRPM reserves the right to refund in full all orders back to the customer, which includes all orders shipping to hawaii and alaska. Only exclusion is, we will ship the order only and if only the customer agrees to and pays the extra shipping charge EndLessRPM endures on that single order. Each order is subject to this charge anywhere outside the continental USA states (48).
19. ALL OTHER LIABILITIES
All products are intended and TO be used for show purpose ONLY. EndLessRPM will not be liable to incorrectly installed parts, product wear and tear, issues that may come from accidents or any act of god/mother nature/other/misc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are signing over all rights to a lawsuit/issue/complaint or any liability against/to/from/about EndLessRPM in any instance or situation. By agreeing to these terms you agree that these parts are for show only, not intended to be used on the road as they are NOT crash tested and any bodily injury / harm, EndLessRPM will not be responsible. ALL RIGHTS OF BUYER WAIVED BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you are checking this box and agreeing to these terms and conditions, that means that you, the end buyer / customer are agreeing that in no way, shape or form is EndLessRPM liable in any instance upon liability of said part / responsible or able to be sued in any form. You are checking this box to tell us that you will never sue, come after, and file against EndLessRPM and we are not to be held accountable for anything, one or instance.

EndLessRPM holds the right to cancel anytime, any order, for any reason.
