Unique end cap that allows the lug to turn, while the end toward the wheel's hub doesn't spin - thus not marking up the wheel.

Sold as is / All sales final - clearing inventory ( thus heavy mark down ). May have small mark here or there.

Using a plastic 3/4 lug protector is recommend as tools such as hard impact sockets can mark up the lugs.
